On July 8th,2017, the first conference of National Engineering Laboratory Council was held. 

    The conference adopted the list of members in the first Council and Technical Committee as well as Articles of the Council. The Secretary Jianping Cheng acted as Chairman of the Board. The Vice President Li Chen acted as Director of Technical Committee. The Professor Ronghuai Huang of Cheung Kong Scholars was appointed as Director of National Engineering Laboratory.
